What we DON’T do (we’ll refer you)
Anything inside the electrical panel needs a licensed electrician. We don’t open panels.
Adding a new circuit, running new wire through walls for a new outlet — that’s electrician work and often needs permits.
Major electrical work — we’ll refer you to a trusted licensed electrician partner.
Vaulted-ceiling fans, 2-story foyer chandeliers — we don’t use tall ladders for crew safety.
Need any of these? We’ll connect you with a trusted specialist partner.

Common questions
Are you licensed electricians?
No — we’re handymen who do basic electrical work that doesn’t require a license: fixture swaps, ceiling fan installs, smoke detectors, dimmer/smart switches, outdoor lights. Anything involving the panel, new wire runs, or new circuits needs a licensed electrician and we’ll refer you to a trusted local partner.
Do I need to provide the fixture or fan?
Easiest if you do — that way we know it’s exactly the style + finish you want. We can also pick one up for you (cost + 20%).
Can you install a ceiling fan where there’s no wiring?
Yes, as long as we can run wire from a nearby fixture or switch through the ceiling — about $225-$300 total. If there’s no nearby power and we’d need to cut into walls or run conduit, that’s an electrician job.
How do I know if I need an electrician instead of a handyman?
Quick rule: if it touches the panel, runs new wire, or needs a permit, call an electrician. If it’s replacing an existing fixture or device with the wiring already in place, we can do it.
Can you install a chandelier in my 2-story foyer?
No — for crew safety we don’t use tall ladders. High-ceiling chandeliers need a specialty crew with the right equipment. We can refer you.
