Common questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No fee, no contract. Monthly billing via card on file. If you cancel mid-month, your last visit is yours to use within 14 days.
What if I don’t use my monthly minutes?
Hours don’t roll over — they reset each month. We’d rather come do an hour of preventive work than have you skip the visit. We text you if it’s been 3 weeks and we haven’t booked.
What if I need more than my monthly hours?
The labor discount kicks in. 5% / 10% / 15% off any extra work depending on your tier. Bigger jobs get a written estimate and Wisetack financing.
Do you handle emergencies?
No. Real emergencies (active leak, gas smell, electrical danger) go to 911, a licensed plumber, or a licensed electrician. Plan members get priority booking on non-emergency repairs — typically 48–72 hours.
