What we DON’T do (we’ll refer you)
Anything past the home shut-off valve, or main sewer line work, needs a licensed master plumber.
New water heater installs need a licensed plumber (and often a permit). We’ll refer you to a trusted partner.
If we have to open a wall to repipe, that’s a licensed plumber job. We handle visible plumbing under sinks, behind toilets, and on appliances.
For crew safety, no tight-crawl or attic-level plumbing work.
Need any of these? We’ll connect you with a trusted specialist partner.

Common questions
Are you licensed plumbers?
No — we’re handymen who do basic plumbing fixes that don’t require a license: faucet swaps, toilet swaps, disposal installs, leak repairs, fixture replacements. Anything past the home shut-off, main line, or water-heater install needs a licensed master plumber and we’ll refer you to a trusted local partner.
Do I need to provide the faucet or toilet?
You can — or we can pick one up for you (cost + 20%). If you want a specific brand/model, easiest to buy it yourself and have it on-site when we arrive.
My toilet keeps running — is that fixable?
Almost always yes. The fix is usually a $15 flapper or fill valve swap. Takes about an hour including the parts run if needed.
Can you fix a leak in the wall?
If the leak is at a visible joint (under sink, behind toilet, supply line) — yes. If we have to open a wall to find or fix the leak, that’s a plumber’s job and we’ll refer you to a trusted partner.
Do you do emergency plumbing calls?
For burst pipes or active flooding, call a 24/7 plumber first. Once the immediate emergency is handled, we can come back for the repair, cleanup, and any drywall/paint touch-ups needed afterward.
